How we work

Measurement first. Every engagement starts with an audit: a fixed basket of patient-intent queries run across all five surfaces: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. Each query is scored for whether the clinic is mentioned, whether it is cited, and where it ranks. The methodology explains exactly how.

Ranked fixes, not guesswork. The audit ships the highest-leverage fixes first, ordered by projected lift, and re-scores monthly so drift gets caught before it costs bookings.
