Free. No commitment. We walk your report to you within 24 hours. We offer a free AI visibility audit. It carries no cost and no obligation to purchase anything. It is provided for your information and is not a guarantee of any particular result.

Our homepage leads with that free audit on purpose and does not show a price up front: you should see where you actually stand before you see a number. Everything on this page is the price of the engagement that follows the audit, not the audit itself.

2 · Founding rate vs. standard rate

Founding pricing is open to the first 5 medspas, one per zip. Once those seats are gone, new clients sign at the standard rate. Whichever rate you sign at is held for the life of the engagement.

What is included, at either rate:

• Full AEO audit across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity
• Personalized PDF report with visibility scores, competitor gaps, and ranked fixes
• Medical schema and treatment-page deployment: your practice type, services, and patient answers stated in machine-readable form
• Review generation and Google Business Profile management: reviews are what a patient checks after AI names you
• HIPAA and FTC compliance review of your patient-facing claims
• Monthly reporting that ties your AI visibility to booked consults, not only rank

3 · What the commitment means

We commit to a 30% visibility increase across the five AI surfaces within 90 days, as defined in our terms. If we miss, we refund your most recent month’s retainer. The setup fee is non-refundable because the deployed infrastructure stays yours.

We never promise a specific rank on any individual query. The full definition of the metric, including how a low baseline is handled, is on our methodology page and in our terms.

4 · What happens after the founding seats are gone

Your founding rate is locked for the life of the engagement, even after the 5 founding seats are claimed. Founding clients are never repriced. New clients who sign after the founding seats are gone sign at the standard rate of $3,500 setup and $997/month instead, which is then held for the life of their own engagement in the same way.

5 · Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, recurring billing stops and the infrastructure we deployed for you stays yours. The setup fee is not refundable, because that deployed infrastructure stays with you.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you have already paid for, and that month is not prorated or refunded. You keep the service for the remainder of it. The performance commitment refund described above is the only refund our terms provide. Full detail in our Terms of Service.

• What does it cost?
  Founding rate is $1,497 setup and $497 per month, locked for the first 5 South Bay medspas. After 5 founding seats are claimed, standard pricing is $3,500 setup and $997 per month. Pricing is held for the life of the engagement at the rate you signed.
• Will my price ever go up after I sign?
  No. Whichever rate you sign at, founding or standard, is held for the life of the engagement.
• What happens if I want to cancel?
  You can cancel at any time. When you do, recurring billing stops, and the schema, FAQ content, and other on-site infrastructure we deployed for you stays live and yours to keep. The month you have already paid for runs to the end of its term and is not prorated or refunded, so you keep the service for the rest of it. The setup fee is not refundable, since that infrastructure remains yours either way.
• Does the free audit cost anything or obligate me to buy?
  No. The free audit carries no cost and no obligation to purchase anything. It is provided for your information and is not a guarantee of any particular result.
