Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sunnyvaleaeo.com and the services Sunnyvale AEO provides. Please read them before requesting an audit or purchasing a service.

Agreement to these terms
By using this site, requesting an audit, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. Sunnyvale AEO is the operating name used by Jonah Samarron, a sole proprietor based in the South Bay, California ("Sunnyvale AEO", "we", "us").
The services
Sunnyvale AEO measures and works to improve a medspa's visibility across the five major AI answer surfaces: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. We serve the South Bay, California only, and we work with one medspa per zip code.
The free audit
We offer a free AI visibility audit. It carries no cost and no obligation to purchase anything. It is provided for your information and is not a guarantee of any particular result.
Founding engagement and billing
The founding rate is $1,497 one-time setup plus $497 per month. It is available to the first 5 South Bay medspas. After that, the standard rate of $3,500 setup plus $997 per month applies.
The setup fee is charged once, on your first invoice. The monthly fee then recurs each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Where we offer a founding client deferred terms in writing, no payment is collected at signing: your card is saved and the first invoice (the setup fee plus your first month) is issued 30 days after signing. You may cancel before that first charge at no cost. This deferral changes only when payment is collected, not the price or the guarantee.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, recurring billing stops and the infrastructure we deployed for you stays yours. The setup fee is not refundable, because that deployed infrastructure stays with you.
Our performance commitment
We commit to a 30% increase in the number of unique patient questions where at least one of the five AI surfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity) names your business, within 90 days, measured at the 90-day mark against your baseline audit, on the same query basket. We count unique questions as the unit, not question-and-surface combinations, so a single question is never double-counted across surfaces. A relative increase is rounded up to the next whole question.
Where your baseline names you in fewer than 5 unique questions (including zero), the commitment is instead an absolute increase of at least 3 additional unique questions where an AI surface names you, since a percentage of so small a base is not a meaningful measure.
This commitment is conditional on your cooperation, as detailed in “Your responsibilities” below: we need the access to do the work, your timely responses, and the changes we deploy kept in place through the measurement period. A delay on your side in granting access or responding does not void this commitment; the 90-day measurement window is extended by the length of that delay, so your delay is never counted against you. The commitment does not apply only if you never provide the access we need, you revoke it, or you remove or overwrite the changes we deploy during the measurement period.
If we do not meet that commitment, we refund your most recent month's retainer. The setup fee remains non-refundable, because the deployed infrastructure stays yours.
We do not guarantee position-1 placement on any individual query. The AI surfaces are third-party products that change continuously and rank results using signals outside our control. We optimize for the signals those surfaces weight, not for any single query result.
Your responsibilities
To deliver the work, we may need accurate information from you and access to your website or business profiles, for example a collaborator role in your content management system. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any access you grant, and you can revoke that access at any time.
For the performance commitment above to apply, you also agree to the following. These conditions exist so the commitment measures our work, not delays or changes outside our control:
- Grant and maintain the access we need to do the work, including Google Business Profile manager access and an editor or collaborator role on your website or content management system, within 5 business days of signing.
- Respond to our requests for information, approvals, or access within 2 business days.
- Keep the structured data, content, and profile changes we deploy in place through the 90-day measurement period, and avoid conflicting changes such as altering your business name, address, or phone number.
- Keep your engagement active through the full 90-day measurement period, since the commitment is measured at the 90-day mark against your baseline.
If you never grant the access we need, revoke it, or remove or overwrite the changes we deploy during the measurement period, the performance commitment may not apply, as described above. Those are the only cases that void it. A delay in granting access or responding extends the measurement window rather than voiding the commitment. None of this changes your right to cancel at any time.
Zip-code exclusivity
At signing, we lock your zip code to you for the duration of your engagement. While your engagement is active, we will not take on another medspa in the same zip code.
Deliverables and intellectual property
The structured data, FAQ content, and other on-site infrastructure we deploy for you remains yours, including after you cancel. The methods, templates, software, and audit system we use to produce that work remain our property.
